 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been staying here on and off since the late 80s.  I visited again recently for a couple of nights.  It's immaculately kept and has all the usual things, tea/coffee in the room, wifi and they do evening meals as well as breakfast.  The food was all very good, in particular the chicken pie.  Staff are all very friendly and it's all reasonably priced too, it cost me just over sixty quid for a single ensuite, breakfast and evening meal. This establishment is easy walking distance from Barnetby Station. And offers evening meals and scrumptious breakfasts.
